The aquatic center was a hit with the kids, and the location is perfect for hiking. The room felt outdated and had a musty smell. We also faced slow service in the restaurant.

The water park was a big hit with the kids, and we loved the beautiful hiking trails nearby. Our cabin was not very clean, and the service at the restaurant was slow. Would recommend for family fun but hope for better housekeeping next time.

comfortable room, comfortable common areas with free wi-fi in rooms and a lovely outdoor dining area that made breakfast enjoyable.
Nothing to complain about.

The swimming area was fantastic. A true highlight for my kids. The restaurant served outstanding food, with friendly staff ensuring a pleasant experience. we encountered issues. The hot tub was out of service, and room temperature control was challenging. Check-in was smooth but marred by direction confusion and a significant rate discrepancy that wasn’t resolved. Though the facilities were generally clean, noise disturbances from above were frustrating. The arcade area was enjoyable, and we appreciated the cozy seating by the fireplace. Despite the pitfalls, we had a fun day trip and memorable moments. Improvements in communication and facility maintenance are essential for a better experience.

The pool area is a total blast, perfect for the whole family! The staff at the front desk is super friendly, and the campfire at night added a cozy touch to our stay.
Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a better clean.

The natural beauty surrounding Abe Martin Lodge & Cabins is stunning, especially with the vibrant fall foliage. the accommodations need significant cleaning and maintenance. While the location is convenient, the restaurant options could be more diverse, and breakfast hours may need better communication.

I had an absolute blast at this beautiful facility! The aquatic center was a hit with my kids, and the lifeguards were quick to help me when I went underwater. Enjoying breakfast on the outdoor patio was a perfect start to our days!

Comfortable family cabin with plenty of space for four. The water park was a hit with my daughter, and the cozy restaurant served excellent food. the check-in confusion was frustrating, taking an hour to resolve. The cabin had some concerning cleanliness issues—like mouse droppings and a leaky bathroom sink—which really detracted from the experience. Nights were noisy with acorns falling on the roof. this place has potential but needs serious updates and better maintenance to truly feel like a getaway.

Great outdoor dining and pool, but Wi-Fi was spotty in rooms.

I loved how easy it was to stroll around Nashville from the hotel, with iconic spots like the Brown County Art Gallery just over 3 kilometers away and Salt Creek Trail nearly 2.8 kilometers for a great walk, plus plenty of local restaurants nearby for tasty meals; the room was comfy with nice amenities but I wish the breakfast options were more varied.

The staff was nice enough to let us stay, but dealing with the rude morning person was super frustrating—definitely left a bad taste in my mouth!

The room exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night. the floor was dirty; after spilling water, a wash rag revealed brown grime. Temperature control worked well, keeping us cozy. Noise levels were manageable, allowing for peaceful sleep. We missed having a second easy chair, though there were ample outdoor seating areas. Internet access was an issue, completely non-functional during our stay. The accessible room was a surprise, as we hadn't requested it. The TV wasn’t HD, which was disappointing, but we enjoyed the beautiful lodge ambiance and found the location ideal.

Me and my friends had a blast at the water park - slides and lazy river were epic! We also fished at Ogle and Strahl lakes, catching some big ones. Game room was lit with ping pong and air hockey!
Wish they had more nighttime activities for teens like a dance party or karaoke.

The kids had a blast at the indoor water park! The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for our family.
It was a bit pricey, but I think it was worth it.

The twisting slides and lazy rivers kept our whole family entertained for hours. It was a refreshing and fun way to cool off during our stay. The kids couldn't get enough!
My wife says that safety bars were needed in tubs.

Had a lovely Christmas stay surrounded by nature's beauty, with vibrant trees adding to the festive atmosphere outside. Enjoyed the newly renovated room, which had a modern touch. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service during our meals at the on, site restaurant.
The check, in process was slow, and some amenities we wanted to use, like the slide and hot tub, had limited availability. The food prices were high, and there were limited breakfast options for early risers.

The beautiful outdoor scenery was mesmerizing, with the vibrant colors of the trees adding to the tranquil ambiance. The lodge's rustic charm and cozy vibe truly made it a memorable experience. Additionally, the water park was a fun and refreshing amenity that offered a great way to cool off and relax during the stay.
The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms left much to be desired. We encountered issues such as outdated facilities, uncomfortable beds, and unkempt spaces that detracted from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The heater in our cabin was making a loud banging noise and eventually stopped working in the middle of the night when the temperature dropped to 30 degrees outside. We informed the front desk, but the response we received was lackluster, with no apology or immediate resolution. the cleanliness of the cabin left much to be desired. We encountered mouse poop all over the pull-out couch where the kids were supposed to sleep, making it impossible for them to use the bed. The cabin itself was dirty, with water on the floor in the kitchen, mold and dirt around the cabinets, and a strong chemical smell emanating from the shower. The amenities in the cabin were also lacking. Only one burner on the stove was functional, and we couldn't get the back sliding door to lock properly, compromising our security. The interior of the cabin appeared to be in need of an update, with worn-out flooring, dusty surfaces, and dirty windows. some basic necessities like cookware and kitchen utensils were insufficient, hindering our ability to prepare meals comfortably. the lodge's location within the state park was convenient, and we enjoyed the common areas and restaurant facilities. the overall experience at Abe Martin Lodge was marred by the issues we encountered with cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities in our cabin.

I felt like a lost artist in a painting. Nature is everywhere, even in the water cooler.
What's a clean bed without some critter companions? .

we had a great stay at Abe Martin Lodge & Cabins. the cabins were centrally located in the park and had everything we needed from towels to pots, pans, plates, and silverware. We enjoyed phenomenal views off the balcony and the amazing aquatic center. the pool area was a plus for the grandkids, and the hiking trails were well maintained. Beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was very good. a great location for a family getaway.
Everything was spot on! 👍

Loved the huge and beautiful park with lots of activities, pet-friendly, and close to Nashville's stores and activities.
Felt well-taken care of, no complaints at all.
